Therapy that meets you where you are.

At Spill the Tea Psychotherapy, I offer therapy that’s flexible, authentic, and tailored to you.
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach — every session is shaped around your story, your rhythm, and your needs. Whether you prefer thoughtful conversation or energy-based work, we’ll find the path that feels right for you.

Accepting new clients in person and virtually.

Individual Therapy

A space that’s fully yours — to be honest, curious, and understood.
Individual therapy helps you explore patterns, emotions, and experiences that shape your daily life. We might work on anxiety, OCD, relationship challenges, life transitions, or healing your relationship with food — but most importantly, we’ll build a process that feels safe, empowering, and authentic to you.

This may be for you if you’re:

  • Feeling anxious, stuck, or overwhelmed by change

  • Struggling with self-worth, identity, or boundaries

  • Navigating relationship difficulties or conflict

  • Healing your relationship with food or body image

  • Seeking a space to unpack patterns and reconnect with yourself

(50-minute sessions — in-person or virtual)

Family Therapy

Families are systems — when one part shifts, the whole dynamic changes.
Family therapy focuses on strengthening communication, understanding, and connection between members. Whether you’re navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, or trying to understand each other better, this space allows everyone to feel heard and supported.

This may be for your family if you’re:

  • Experiencing repeated arguments or distance in communication

  • Adjusting to transitions such as divorce, blending families, or launching teens

  • Trying to support a family member struggling with anxiety, OCD, or disordered eating

  • Wanting to understand each other’s needs and find common ground

  • Ready to move from reaction to reconnection

(75-minute sessions — in-person or virtual)

Group Therapy

Growth doesn’t have to happen alone.
Group therapy offers community, perspective, and a sense of belonging. You’ll learn new tools, connect with others who understand, and explore shared experiences in a safe, facilitated environment.
Upcoming groups may focus on anxiety, life transitions, or body image and relationship with food.

This may be for you if you’re:

  • Looking for connection and understanding among peers

  • Wanting to build confidence in sharing and communication

  • Working on boundaries, self-expression, or self-acceptance

  • Seeking accountability and encouragement in your healing process

  • Curious about learning through shared experiences

(Group offerings vary seasonally — inquire for current schedule)

College Group: The Art of Sharing Space (and Sanity)

Moving in with roommates or adjusting to college life can be exciting — and overwhelming.
This three-month group is designed for college students learning to communicate, set boundaries, and build healthy connections while sharing space. We’ll explore what it means to live authentically with others, navigate differences, and maintain your sense of self (and sanity) in the process.

This may be for you if you’re:

  • Living with roommates for the first time or in a new environment

  • Struggling with communication or conflict in shared living spaces

  • Wanting to understand your own communication style

  • Learning to set boundaries without guilt

  • Hoping to create balance between independence and connection

(Three-month virtual group — includes individual intake session + three follow-up group sessions)

Reiki Energy Healing

For those who prefer to let the energy speak.
As a Certified Reiki Master, I offer Reiki sessions for clients seeking an intuitive, nonverbal path to balance and healing. Reiki supports emotional release, relaxation, and grounding — often helping clients process experiences beyond words.

Reiki may benefit you if you’re:

  • Feeling emotionally drained or energetically “off”

  • Wanting to quiet the mind and connect more deeply to your intuition

  • Seeking emotional clarity or a sense of inner peace

  • Interested in a holistic approach that complements talk therapy

  • Craving stillness, softness, or renewal

(In-person Reiki sessions — 30 or 60 minutes)

Not Sure Where to Start?

That’s okay. The first step is simply a conversation.
We’ll talk about what’s been feeling heavy, what you’re hoping for, and how therapy or energy work might support your growth.
